DO NOT TRUST DAVIS KITCHENS — BUYER BEWARE!
Our experience with Davis Kitchens has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel obligated to warn others.
We began designing cabinets for our new construction home in October 2025 and finalized everything in December. Our contractor paid approximately 90% of the contract and was told the cabinets would be ordered.
Months went by with little to no communication. We were repeatedly told the cabinets would arrive by the end of May. May came and went with no cabinets and no answers. Despite daily calls from us and our builder, we were ignored or given vague, noncommittal responses.
Our contractor eventually contacted the manufacturer directly and learned the cabinets had not been paid for and would not be released. After legal counsel became involved, we were told the cabinets had not even been started and that Davis Kitchens owed money to the manufacturer.
It is now August. We are months behind schedule, have lost thousands in additional costs and interest, and have had to hire a new cabinet company and start over.
Our contractor is now pursuing legal action to recover the money paid to Davis Kitchens.
I strongly urge anyone considering Davis Kitchens to proceed with extreme caution and do your due diligence. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

We would not recommend David Kitchens.
When we decided to remodel our kitchen, our family recommended that we work with Davis Kitchens, having known and used them on many occasions in the construction industry. The company had recently moved into a new building in January. We liked their ideas, and they seemed genuinely excited to earn our business. We were required to pay the full amount of our cabinets at the time of ordering in January and were given an estimated lead time of 12–14 weeks.
Several weeks after signing the proposal and making full payment, we had not received any updates from the team assigned to our project. When we reached out in March, we were told they didn’t know the status of our cabinets and had been unable to get a response from the cabinet manufacturer. Even after the 14-week lead time had passed, they still had no answers and suggested that we contact the owner of Davis Kitchens directly.
When we eventually spoke with the owner, he said he had tried calling us multiple times but had been unable to reach us. We discovered he had been calling the wrong phone number, even though our contract contained the correct number. He told us he would look into the matter and get back to us with an update.
Toward the end of May, the owner informed us that he still could not provide an update on our cabinets and suggested that it might be best to issue us a refund. At that point, we were left wondering whether our cabinets had ever been ordered.
We agreed that a refund was the only appropriate resolution. Instead of receiving our money back in full, however, we were offered a payment plan. Each week, we drove to pick up a check, only to learn from their financial institution that there were insufficient funds to cover it. This was not only frustrating and time-consuming but, in our opinion, completely unacceptable.
The matter has finally been resolved, but throughout the process we received no apology and no acknowledgment of responsibility. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and timely communication—whether the news is good or bad. We entrusted this company with thousands of dollars in good faith. We hope that by sharing our experience, others can make an informed decision before doing the same.

Davis Kitchens made our kitchen design process easy and stress-free. Kaylee listened to what we wanted and created a layout that was both functional and beautiful, often making suggestions for small details that make a huge impact on the appearance and functionality of our new kitchen and baths. The cabinets (KraftMaid) and countertops (Pental Quartz) are high quality, and the installation was smooth and well-organized. Some cabinet doors were damaged in shipping and we’re still awaiting replacements, but overall we’re extremely happy with the finished result and would gladly work with them again.

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with one of my cabnet shelves that I didn't notice for 3 years after they did my kitchen.
When i came to them with the issue they fixed it no questions asked and didn't even charge me. I am beyond impressed.

WOW!! What incredible kindness and service. We have been hunting for hinges all over town. We were told to go visit Davis Kitchens. Not only did they have the solution for us, they wouldn't take any payment from us for 64 hinges!!! Wow! Haven't seen this kind of kindness in years!

I had an excellent experience with my purchase of cabinet pulls.
Special kudos to Eric Molt for his professionalism, knowledge and patience throughout the process.
Dennis in the warehouse was very helpful and responsive exchanging the screws for the pulls.
All in all, completely satisfied.

Kaylee totally transformed our kitchen and living space. Davis recommended contractors,
appliance and plumbing
wholesalers. Once the cabinets arrived everything went smoothly. We are so happy with our new house. We highly recommend Davis Kitchens!

This company is awesome. The designer came to our house and measured our kitchen and then we went to their store and picked the cabinets and counter top. It's going to be beautiful. I could not have done this without their help. Thank you.

I have had the pleasure of watching Sandy K work and she is amazing at what she does. Her personality shines through which makes her so easy to work with and her vast knowledge of products and services is a huge help. If you have the chance to stop in and have her be the one to help you on the showroom floor that day, you have lucked out and trust that you're in good hands.

Sandy was super helpful and communicative during our time with Davis Kitchens. Work was done in a timely fashion at 1/2 the price of Lowe's or Home Depot, and the quality was amazing!

Never ask our budget and escorted us to the "affordable" section...fairly insulting considering we had a BIG budget. Oh well, live and learn.

Krista was patient and helpful in helping to choose and plan kitchen cabinets after a kitchen flood. There were a series of vignettes to choose from and options for pulls, handles and sinks.
